Intellectual Property
Doctor On Time respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Doctor On Time may remove content that in its sole discretion appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of others. In addition, Doctor On Time will, at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a user of the Application or the Services has infringed your copyrights, trademark, or those of others, please notify Doctor On Time by using the info email or by contacting the legal department of Doctor On Time.
Force Majeure
Doctor On Time will not be liable for failing to perform under these T&C by the occurrence of any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, terrorism, natural disaster, war, boycott, labor disturbance, Internet or communications outage, interruption of service, or failure by a service provider of Doctor On Time to perform its obligations.
Disputes
You understand and agree the disputes regarding the interpretation, validity and enforceability of the TOS are resolved by the recourse to the litigation and the chosen court is the North Cairo Court.
