By using our Services, you provide us with information, files, and folders that you submit to Doctor On Time (together, 'your folder');
By posting, storing or transmitting any content on or to the application, including by submitting User Created Content within the Website, you accept to grant Doctor On Time, or represent and warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted Doctor On Time, the exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, right and license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, sublicense, copy, modify, delete, enhance and distribute such content to incorporate same on Doctor On Time's platform including but not limited to Doctor On Time's Website. This incorporation includes the act of processing such content including but not limited to products, features, image thumbnails or document previews, design choices we make to technically administer our Services, for example, how we redundantly backup data to keep it safe. You give us the permissions we need to do all of the above for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing and promoting the Services. This permission also extends to trusted third parties.
You acknowledge that the usage of the content by Doctor On Time on Doctor On Time's platform will not constitute any infringement to the intellectual property, copy rights or trademarks owned by you.
Doctor On Time acknowledges to collect your prior approval to disclose any content on any platforms other than Doctor On Time. The refusal by the user to approve such disclosure will preclude Doctor On Time from same.
You retain full ownership to your folder or the format that will be created by Doctor On Time as the User Created Content.
You understand and agree that the relationship established by and between you and Doctor On Time is a management agreement to gather, acquire, collect, transfer, process, merge, and migrate data, and that you have provided it to Doctor On Time for this purpose.
Aside from the rare exceptions we identify in our Privacy Policy, no matter how the Services change, we won't share your content with the law enforcement authorities, for any purpose unless you direct us to.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, and legality of files, posts, or any other information you provided to Doctor On Time.
The Services provide features that allow you to share your content with others working under your supervision, which allow them to access that content folder and can copy, modify, or even share the content, so you are advised to be careful with the content you are sharing with your employees.
You hereby agree and acknowledge that Doctor On Time will retain your profile on Doctor On Time's platform even after you no longer access or use Doctor On Time's Services.
